Guidelines for using our space respectfully and safely.
Booking and payment
- •Full payment required upfront to secure your booking.
- •Book at least 24 hours in advance.
- •No refunds. Reschedule with 48 hours' notice.
- •Lateness fee: ₦10,000 per 15 minutes.
Studio hours
- •Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- •Sunday: 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
- •Bookings outside these hours are not available.
- •Your session time starts at the booked time.
Space usage
- •Use the space respectfully. Leave it as you found it.
- •No smoking. No alcohol. No pets.
- •Maximum 5 people in the studio at once.
- •Keep noise levels reasonable. Respect the space.
Equipment and props
- •Bring your own camera and equipment.
- •Basic lighting and backdrops are available.
- •Props are minimal. Bring what you need.
- •Handle all equipment with care.
Cleanliness
- •Clean up after your session.
- •Return props to their original positions.
- •Dispose of trash properly.
- •Report any damage immediately.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- •No refunds for cancellations.
- •Reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.
- •Contact us to change your booking.
- •We'll help you find a new time.
Lateness policy
- •Arrive on time. Your session starts at the booked time.
- •Lateness fee: ₦10,000 per 15 minutes.
- •Your session time does not extend if you're late.
- •If you're more than 30 minutes late, your booking may be cancelled.
Safety and liability
- •You are responsible for your equipment and belongings.
- •Lee Studios is not liable for lost or damaged items.
- •Use equipment safely. Follow all safety guidelines.
- •Report any safety concerns immediately.
