How do I book a session?
Choose your package on the pricing page. Fill in your details. Select your date and time. Complete payment. We'll confirm your booking within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Paystack. Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. Reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. No refunds. We'll help you find a new time that works.
What happens if I'm late?
A lateness fee of ₦10,000 applies for every 15 minutes you're late. Your session time doesn't extend. Please arrive on time.
What should I bring?
Bring your outfits ready. Ironed. Clean. We have a changing area, but no wardrobe service. Bring any props you need.
Do you provide equipment?
The studio space is provided. You bring your camera and equipment. We have basic lighting available.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Parking is available near the studio. Details will be in your confirmation email.
Can I cancel my booking?
No refunds. You can reschedule with 48 hours' notice. Contact us if you need to change your booking.
What are your studio hours?
Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 5:00pm. Sunday: 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Bookings outside these hours are not available.
How do I access my booking?
Use the Client Portal. Enter your booking ID from the confirmation email. View your booking details and status.
